Terms and refunds

These terms cover purchases from the SenvyMC store. PayNow handles the payment and delivers the items to your Minecraft account.

What you are buying

Every item is digital and is delivered in game to the account name you enter at checkout. Items are cosmetic or convenience items that the server allows. They do not give gameplay advantages beyond what the server rules allow.

Payment

Payment is handled by PayNow. Their buyer agreement applies to the payment itself: PayNow buyer agreement.

Refunds

Items are delivered as soon as PayNow confirms the payment. We do not refund items that have already been delivered, except where the law requires it. If an item never arrives, ask staff in game and we will fix it or refund it.

Bans and chargebacks

A ban from the server does not refund any purchase. A chargeback or payment dispute leads to a ban from the server and the store.

Not affiliated with Mojang

The SenvyMC store is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
